Toyama-ryu Bizen-kai (hereinafter referred to as “the Organization”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

7. Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

  1. Users may request the correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “Correction”) of their personal information held by the Organization if they believe the information is inaccurate, by following the procedures specified by the Organization.
  2. If the Organization determines that it is necessary to respond to such a request, it will promptly carry out the Correction without delay.
  3. The Organization will notify the user without delay once the Correction has been made, or if it decides not to make the Correction.

8. Suspension of Use of Personal Information

  1. If the user requests the suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension”) of their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of its intended use or was obtained through improper means, the Organization will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
  2. Based on the results of the investigation, if the Organization determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, it will promptly implement the Suspension.
  3. The Organization will notify the user without delay when the Suspension is implemented, or if a decision is made not to implement it.
  4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, if the Suspension involves significant costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, the Organization will take alternative measures necessary to protect the user’s rights and interests.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

  1. The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to the user, except as otherwise provided by law or this Policy.
  2. Unless otherwise specified by the Organization, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect when posted on this website.
